USEFUL TIPS



maybe dah ramai yang tahu,
tapi tak salah hany nak kongsi lagik kan...yang baek kita pakat share ramai ramai kan...tak gitu...yang ni macam berkait ngn info semalam (kat bawah post nih)...so, check it out :

  • 2 glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

  • 2 glass of water - Before sleep  - To avoid stroke or heart attack
